10 Minute Trainer
Who is busy? Yep, EVERYBODY is busy. Even the girl you see walking from store to store at the strip mall, jabbering about nothing on her phone is “busy”! Starbucks barista? Busy. Soccer Mom? Busy. Traveling insurance salesman? Busy. There is pretty much nobody I know who ain’t “busy.” Yet for some reason all these busy people will have time to watch that retarded “Talent/Idol,” “Dance” or thrilling Sunday or Thursday night show for one hour…religiously. Even back when I was truly “busy” in the military and I mean really, really busy, like 16 hour days 7 days a week busy, even I found time to go screw off for an hour or so by “taking care of that stuff I need to do.”
So I get that you are busy. But the fact that you are busy does not alleviate the fact that through all your “busyness” you still need to take care of your health. Without your health, all your “busyness” WILL come to an abrupt halt. How many stroke patients in the hospital are “busy”? NONE. My aunt, who died about 10 years ago, had to go to dialysis once a week for the horrific stuff she did to her body (namely “busy” using heroin). She sure wasn’t too “busy” then for those dialysis sessions.
We workout people are a peculiar bunch. 100% of us have self-esteem issues…yes 100% of us. But instead of becoming busy with eating Mrs. Fields semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies, we decided to go lift weights, ride our bikes, do push-ups, run 10 miles and compulsively stare at ourselves in the mirror obsessively stressing over that “6 lbs of fat” we need to get rid of. Instead of drowning our self-esteem issues in excessive alcohol consumption, we fitness and workout people decided to slap the crap out of our fears, then run like Forrest Gump away from them. Yet as it turns out, we still can’t escape the monsters of Mr. B. Illness or Mrs. C. Sickness. But they sure have a heck of a time finding us; and even when they do catch us, we will normally just wait till they turn their heads then we hit them with a spitball and run out the back door.
10-Minute Trainer is basically an introduction class for you ‘too busy” people to our world of fitness. We know that you are scared of what “we” think when you go to the gym: “Look at how fat she is,” “I can’t believe she just let herself go like that,” “I bet he is a loser,” or “His fat ass is just taking up room.” But believe me when I tell you this, although we probably won’t say anything to you, we are doing cartwheels and jumping for joy on the inside to see that somebody out-of-shape actually started to take their health seriously.
But I also understand that you don’t REALLY believe me and will drown out the doubt with busyness. But there still is a way for you to be “busy” and workout at the same time.

As with anything I do here on my website. I don’t just tell you to go out and buy something because I want to make some money. I go through EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb so that you know exactly what you are getting. The reason for this is because I despise when people tell me something is good and I’m an idiot for not buying it, then it turns out that the product or whatever sucks. For example, I have one of the highest rated Insanity Workout video reviews on the internet. Actually, the Insanity review is what most people who read my website know me for; and while most of the videos are good, one in particular, Insanity Cardio Recovery, has pissed A LOT more than three people off. Now I ripped the video from cover to cover, and based on the comments I received, you would think that I invented polio disease and then crop dusted the entire state of Utah with it. I couldn’t stand the video. And for me this is the kind of stuff I want to read, especially from a person who sells the stuff I am contemplating to buy.
Before I buy something, I talk to someone who knows a thing or two about the subject and get their opinion about it. For example, if I ask my plumber friend if I should get the $300 model D33-9 Pfizer faucet or not, all I want to hear is “yeah it’s the best one out there,” or “NO get the Price-Fister Model 72 for $15 then put a Home Depot $6 handle on it and it’s the same exact thing and it even comes out of the same factory but just has a different label on it.” This is the kind of thing I want to hear. Most people who are out-of-shape don’t have a “friend in the fitness industry” that will tell them the truth, the real NO BS truth, just like your best friend would tell you. And that is what I have done with 10-Minute Trainer. I go through the ENTIRE video, ALL of them, and tell you what it each of them is all about. That way you KNOW what you are getting yourself into. I am going to tell you both the good and the bad, even if it is to the determent of selling the product.
